Mitch Peterson brings to the table more than 25 years of hospitality experience and over two decades of history with Torgerson Properties. With a well rounded background in operations, sales and food and beverage, Mitch rounds out his hands on experience with a degree in Economics, Business Administrations, Computer Science and Accounting. With a passion for exceptional guest service, Mitch’s leadership and vision provide the foundation for day-to-day operations of the company.

A Minnesota native, Mitch enjoys golfing, cooking, home improvements and riding his Harley. He is married with two children.
