Operations
Torgerson Properties' Operations regional team provides hands on support and accountability to our hotel and restaurant teams. Field based, our Vice Presidents of Hotel Operations and Vice President of Restaurant Operations live and work in the communities where our properties are located. Our Vice Presidents are continually working side by side with the hotel and restaurant teams to ensure our high standards are consistently demonstrated to our guests. By focusing on a balanced approach to guest satisfaction, quality facilities and fiscal responsibility, our talented General Managers and hotel and restaurant associates have the support of a experienced, focused and resourceful regional team.
Sales & Marketing
At TPI, we focus first and foremost on a strategic, client centered and aggressive direct sales effort. Through training, mentoring and holding accountable our on property direct sales leaders, we expect market leading results from our properties. We maximize our relationship with our brands to ensure we take advantage of all resources available to our properties. Marketing and advertising efforts supplement our direct sales approach with focused, innovative and trackable promotions through a variety of channels.
Facilities Management
Through an effective blend of capital reinvestment and proactive preventative maintenance, TPI's hotels and restaurants provide our guests with an up to date product where everything works the way it is supposed to work. All Torgerson Properties are either new or recently renovated and maintained with meticulous care and attention. With extremely high standards and appropriate accountability, our on property maintenance teams receive ongoing training and support from our Vice President of Facilities Maintenance.
