Seeking a Minneapolis/St. Paul based hotel for relocation purposes?  If you are relocating to the area, landed a temporary work assignment, or need more room from your current lodging accommodations, Torgerson Properties offers special extended stay and corporate housing rates for all stays over 30 days.  Our Staybridge Suites and Homewood Suites feature full kitchens in every room and all-inclusive pricing which includes a daily hot breakfast and some light dinners.

Disaster Relief

Torgerson Properties offers disaster relief housing at all of our Staybridge Suites and Homewood Suites locations.  Whether it is a fire, flood, mold, tornado, or other burden, discounts are built-in to our rate structure and determined by the length of stay per claimant rental.  Our Staybridge Suites and Homewood Suites feature full kitchens in every room and all-inclusive pricing which includes a daily hot breakfast and some light dinners.  Our locations are also covered by the Red Cross in the event a claimant does not contact their insurance adjuster immediately.
