Associate Benefits Return to Employment
Medical Insurance
One-half single & dependent premium company paid. Pre-tax deductible status for portion of premium paid by associate. Prescription assistance included with coverage. Coverage effective upon Insurance Company acceptance.
Dental Insurance
Coverage provided is primarily for preventative purposes.  Coverage included with Medical Insurance.
Life Insurance
$20,000 coverage for associate, $40,000 if accidental death. Premium & Coverage effective date same as Medical Insurance.
Disability Insurance
General Managers & Senior Managers are provided coverage fully funded by the Company. 60% of wage with 7.5% per year cost of living increase. Subject to $7,500/mo. maximum and expires upon 67 years of age. Coverage effective upon Insurance Company acceptance.
Retirement Savings Plan (401k)
Company matches 25% up to 3% of payroll. You manage your investment portfolio among a selection of high quality funds.
Direct Deposit
Automatically deposit paycheck into your bank account.
Meals
Generally 50% discount on food, on or off duty at Torgerson Properties Restaurants and Lounges.
Funeral Pay
3 days per funeral of family members.
Child Care
Discounts up to 10% at New Horizon Child Care locations.
Vacation
Vacation benefits of 0-160 hours. General Managers and Senior Managers/MP receive a minimum of two weeks per year upon completion of their first year.
Sick Pay
Up to four (4) days per year.
Supplemental Insurance
A variety of coverages offered thru AFLAC - some pretax.
Lodging
$29-$59 rates at Holiday Inns, Super 8 Motels, and Days Inns. 50% discounts at Comfort Inns. $29-$39 rates at Marriott & Promus Hotels. Reduced rates at Hilton Worldwide. $29 rates at all Torgerson Properties Hotels. All the above are subject to space availability.
Education Assistance Plan
Torgerson Property Management will assist in any job related seminar or workshop attended by any associate. The seminar or workshop must be pre-approved by your Vice President of Operations.
Managing Partner/General Managers
Managing Partners share in an annual and monthly bonus program based upon profitability of their operation.
